"I Saw A Giant In Igbo Attire" - Pastor Tunde Bakare Speaks after his Collapse

The incident that took place on On May 18, that saw Pastor Tunde Bakare, the general overseer of the Latter Rain Assembly collapsed while delivering a lecture in Lagos State and was later rushed to the Reddington Hospital has now been addressd by the Clergy who spoke on a YouTube video by Sahara Reporters. Bakare disclosed details of his spiritual warfare after his collapse.

The Pastor, who was speaking last Sunday on the stage of his Latter Rain Assembly church said the cause of his collapse was exhaustion, too much work and too much people’s pressure.

PHCN Official escaped Electrocution at Victoria Island (photos)

According to LIB, a PHCN official was nearly electrocuted around 7pm yesterday on an electrical pole on Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria Island. He was fortunately rescued by colleagues who were around when it happened. He was quickly rushed to a nearby hospital where he’s receiving treatment.

US provides $10.5m donation for IDPs in North East Nigeria (PHOTO)

The United States government has provided a sum of $10.5 million donation for the rehabilitation of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Northeast Nigeria. The grant was announced in a statement released by the USAID today June 11th.

Premier League Clubs have announce players to be release

Psychiatrist says 20% of Nigerians prone to mental disorder

In a recent interview with News Agency of Nigeria, A Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr Femi Olugbile, on Wednesday said  disclose that 20 per cent of Nigerians are prone to mental disorder. Dr Olugbile was a former Chief Medical Director, Lagos State University Teaching Hospial, Ikeja.

“At least 20 per cent of the population will at some time in their lives experience at least one episode of mental disorder,” he said.

According to him, it can also be due to high rate of poverty, lack of social welfare and high rate of endemic infectious diseases.

ISIS captures 88 Eritrean Christians in Libya

A U.S. defense official confirmed Monday that the ISIS terror group had kidnapped about 88 Eritrean Christians from a people-smugglers' caravan in Libya last week.

The defense official confirmed initial reports of the mass kidnapping after seeing a recent intelligence report. The convoy was ambushed by militants south of Tripoli before dawn this past Wednesday morning.

Meron Estafanos, the co-founder of the Stockholm-based International Commission on Eritrean Refugees, said that the group of migrants included "about 12 Eritrean Muslims and some Egyptians. They put them in another truck and they put 12 Eritrean women Christians in a smaller pick-up".
