Most people haven't really heard of Stephen Miller, the 31 year old Senior White House adviser and Trump's speech writer who's behind Donald Trump's Immigration ban, but with the constant criticism following the new law, his name is sure going to ring bells in the ears of White House political observers and the American populace a lot longer.

According to findings by Linda Ikeji, Miller who isn't even an elected White House executive is the one who seriously pushed for the executive order temporarily banning immigrants and refugees from seven Muslim-majority countries and reportedly instructs Trump on a lot of White House policies.

Chief security officer brutally murdered in Calabar (Graphic photos)

A man identified as one David Agama Esse, a  chief security officer with Cross River State Cultural Centre Board was gruesomely murdered by unknown person on January 22, 2017. He was until his death, also the Supervisor with the Technical unit of the centre.

Public Relations Officer of the Cross River Police Command, Ms Irene Ugbo said three persons, including the man's girlfriend were arrested to facilitate investigation and fish out culprits.

Suspects narrates how they killed Aisha Alli-Balogun; abducted her daughter, others

The police high command in Abuja yesterday, disclosed that it has apprehended two more suspects who took part in the kidnap of eight schoolgirls and staff of Nigeria Turkish International College, NTIC, Ogun State, last month, while the sum of N3 million was recovered from the latest suspects.

Vanguard gathered that the alleged abductors  identified as Alex Super, also known as Yanga and Egbasimokumo Ayeomi, were arrested last Monday night at Majidun/Ajegunle Area of Ikorodu, Lagos state, few hours after they left their camp, inside the Ikorodu creeks.

According to reliable police source, the suspects also confessed to the December 2016 killing of Aisha Ali-Balogun, a presenter of a popular comedy show, Stand Up Nigeria.

Foreign investors can now get Nigerian visa in 48 hours - FG

Okechukwu Enelamah, the minister of industry, trade and investment, says anyone interested in doing business in Nigeria can now get a visa in 48 hours.

The minister said the federal government had issued a directive to this effect, noting that it was important to make it easy for potential investors to do business in Nigeria.

According to reports, the minister made this known at an event on Tuesday.

Enelamah said the federal government was carrying out series of reforms in the business environment to make it less difficult to do business in the country.

I can't pay - Nigerian woman slam £500k (N90m) bill after giving birth to quadruplets in London hospital

One of the largest hospitals in the country is chasing a bill of more than £500,000 from a Nigerian woman who gave birth to quadruplets.

The 43-year-old, named only as Priscilla, went into labour three months early shortly after landing at Heathrow airport in November.

She had intended to give birth to the babies in Chicago, in the US, where she has family – but was turned away by border officials upon arrival.

The cleric was directed to watch his tongue because of the importance attached to his messages by his followers.

A security source at the DSS told The PUNCH that Suleiman was equally told by security operatives to know that his followership cut across Christianity and Islam and should therefore mind the way he speaks.

The pastor was quizzed by the DSS on Monday in Abuja over his alleged sermon asking his followers to kill any herdsmen found within his church premises.
