Ghana’s President, John Mahama, says a maritime boundary dispute with Ivory Coast had affected the development of the new TEN oil field.
Mahama said late Thursday that Ghana was nonetheless committed to a peaceful resolution of the dispute.

“The world has witnessed a further wave of deadly, abhorrent terror attacks across the globe,” Twitter said in a statement. “We strongly condemn these acts and remain committed to eliminating the promotion of violence or terrorism on our platform.”
“However, in a situation, where we do not have control, we open up doors for the kind of abuse, which are only imaginable. We have people exporting stones, describing them as high valued goods, collecting an import credit and using that to import fish.”
