Angry Mob Almost incinerate Woman Who Attempted To Kidnap A Child Today In Lagos (PHOTOS)
A woman has been caught earlier today while trying to kidnap a child at Kembiri Road, in the Okokomaiko area of Lagos state.
According to an eyewitness who shared the photos on social media, an angry mob gathered to beat her and even tried to set her ablaze with a tyre, but she was rescued and taken away by the police.

The Minister of Solid Minerals Development and former Governor of Ekiti State, Dr Kayode Fayemi, has appealed to civil servants and the entire Ekiti populace to engage in farming to cushion the adverse effects of the unpaid salaries on their well-being.
The Minister spoke in Ado Ekiti on Monday while distributing food items to the civil servants , artisans, pregnant women and various groups at John Kayode Fayemi Leadership Centre in Ajilosun area of the state capital.
Those that benefited from the gesture, which nearly ended in stampede as people scrambled for the food items, include: civil servants, artisans, nursing mothers, physically challenged, Okada riders, students, among others.

Niger Delta Avengers has declared that it will continue to carry out its activities until President Muhammadu Buhari is ready to genuinely address the problems of the region.
The group which has claimed responsibility for several pipeline attacks in the Niger Delta warned that it will continue to impede all avenues to export crude oil from the region.

Ambassadorial List: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Onyeama to appear before Senate
Ahead of Tuesday’s resumption date of the National Assembly after its short recess, Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs will tomorrow, meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Geoffrey Onyeama, over alleged irregularities in the ambassadorial list recently sent to the Upper Chamber for approval by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Making this disclosure in a telephone interview with The Authority, two members of the Committee, Senators Enyinnaya Abaribe and Sonni Ogbuoji said the Minister would appear before the lawmakers tomorrow but could not confirm whether the SGF would also be in the meeting.

MAGIC! 71 Trailers of Rice meant for IDP’s Disappears
Controversies have trailed the sudden disappearance of 71 trailers of rice and other grains allocated to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Adamawa State by the Federal Government to ameliorate the hardship faced by victims of insurgency in the state.
The 71 trailer loads of grains actually arrived the state only for the items to develop wings two days after the Deputy Governor, Mr. Martins Babale, flagged off the ceremony marking the distribution of the consignment, without getting to the IDP camps or to those that had returned home.
Commenting on the missing trucks of food items, a member of the State House of Assembly, Mr. Emmanuel Tsamdu, said reports from his constituency community leaders confirmed that only 250 bags of 50kg of rice got to Madagali, as against the two trailers of 600 bags of 50kg per one trailer load.
