Larry Drake, the actor best known for his award-winning role on L.A. Law, died Thursday in his Los Angeles home, according to his manager Steven Siebert. He was 66 years old.
“He was a great person,” screenwriter and friend Charles Pogue tells EW, “genuine sweet, smart, gentle man. A very loyal, good friend.”
Drake was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Feb. 21, 1950. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Oklahoma.
