Ekiti governor, Ayo Fayose Release another Press State .... Read below

Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has described the card reader machines the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) intends to use to accredit voters during the March 28 and April 14 elections as a fraud capable of scuttling the elections. 

The governor, who expressed doubt over the forthrightness of the INEC chairman, Prof Attahiru Jega in handling the elections said; "Unless INEC has an agenda that is different from conduct of free, fair and credible elections, use of the card readers should be suspended for future elections so as to enable proper test running of the technology."

Report: Zambian President Edgar Lungu rushed to hospital after collapse

Zambia's President Edgar Lungu collapsed on the podium while presiding over a Women's Day celebration in Lusaka - less than two months after taking over from a leader who died in office.

Lungu was rushed to a military hospital on Sunday, but the president's office later issued a statement saying he had been treated for malaria and there was no need for concern.

"I am feeling much better and have been told I have high levels of fatigue and should take some rest," Lungu said in the statement.

I was born in 1935 and like the life of most Ibadan people of my generation; life for me began in the rural area. My grandfather moved out of Ibadan central to settle in Ogeye village in Lagelu council area of the city. At six, I started schooling at Methodist Primary School, Kelebe, a village that is one kilometre away from Ogeye. I also attended Christ Apostolic Church School and returned to the village and attended St. Luke’s Primary School, St Andrew’s Primary School and then back to Ibadan central to complete my primary school education at Agbeni Methodist School.

Chris Brown is planning on buying a baby-proof house.

The 'Loyal' hitmaker - who is rumoured to have a nine-month-old child, Royalty, with 31-year-old Nia Amey - thinks his current bachelor pad is too dangerous for his baby daughter and wants to purchase something that is more ''conducive'' for bringing up a kid.

At least 10 people are feared dead after a suicide bomber riding on a tricycle popularly known as Keke NAPEP attacked the Baga fish market in Borno state about an hour ago. More details later.

At least 55 persons were confirmed dead and 146 others seriously injured as Boko Haram suicide bombers descended on Maiduguri, the Borno state capital and carried out multiple bombings in various commercial areas, PREMIUM TIMES can report.

The Borno state police commissioner, Clement Adoda, confirmed the casualty figure to journalists who spoke with him on phone.

The suicide bombings occurred in four different spots in Maiduguri, while one other occurred at a military checkpoint at a town called Benisheik, 75 kilometres away from Maiduguri.

Seyi Shay finally addressed her critics following backlash from her controversial outifit at the 5000-youth event with President Goodluck Jonathan in Lagos last Saturday.

"I am a very respectable young lady and I was not in any way trying to seduce the President with the outfit I wore. I had two outfits for the event, one was for my performance and the other was worn after I performed. The dress I was pictured in with the President was what I wore during my performance.
