Ingredients
Flour - 1kg
Eggs - 4pcs
Butter (Cold) - 500g
Baking Powdered - 1 TSP
Liquid Milk or Water
Fillings
Minced Turkey - 750g
Potatoes - 2 Tubers
Carrots
Oil
Sweet Peppers (Yellow, Green and Red)
Spring onion
Onions
Salt
Pepper (To Taste)
Note: Allow meat pie to rest for about 30 minutes in the fridge also rub the meat pie with eggwash and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 - 40 Minutes
