WTH! Man sleeps with his sister-in-law then share her nude photo on Facebook (Photos)

Kenyan Facebook user, Joakim Cruzz shared this photo of a lady with bare boobs whom he said is his sister inlaw and said; "She is my sister inlaw I really thank her for being with me hospital two weeks". People have been slamming him saying he slept with her and posted on Facebook.
