Photos: President Obama Releases National Thanksgiving Turkeys For The Final Time

President Barack Obama pardoned national thanksgiving turkeys for the final time. First Daughter Sasha and Malia Obama had always joined the ceremony in the past seven years. This year they didn't show up, and Obama made a joke about their absence. 

"Of course Thanksgiving is a family holiday as much as a national one. For the past seven years I've established another tradition, embarrassing my daughters with a cornucopia of dad jokes about turkeys. This year they had a scheduling conflict, actually they couldn't take my jokes anymore," Obama said.
