This man just reminds me of how giraffe believes to be hiding. Anyways the gist is that Police in Northamptonshire, England have released surveillance image of a man suspected to have stolen a Venetian blind which he tried to conceal unsuccessfully. The stolen item is very visibly sticking out of his jacket. Police are seeking the man and have encouraged residents to provide any information about his identity or whereabouts.
