The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in Nigeria (EFCC) says it will make more arrests in coming days even as it advised all persons engaged in the looting of the nation’s treasury to have a re-think.
It further announced plans to vigorously pursue and prosecute persons involved in graft.
At an official launch of a new initiative of the commission tagged Creative Youth Initiative Against Corruption, the Chairman of the Commission, Mr Ibrahim Magu, said more arrests would be made in the days ahead.
He stressed that the commission was out to ensure the conviction of all corrupt persons.
Mr Magu further advised Nigerian youths to shun acts of corruption by emulating honest and hard-working Nigerians who have become successful without pilfering the collective resources of the nation.
