Kenyan police today, July 19, arrested a woman who allegedly destroyed her estranged husband's car after finding him with another woman in Migori town.
Joyce Kandie had gone to Peter Murunga's house at Aroso estate to seek his help as their baby was sick. She claimed that he absconded his responsibilities in November 2015 when he started living with the other woman identified as Susan Roki.
"I have tried to have him take his six-month-old child to the hospital without success. As you can see the boy is suffering from skin rashes and diarrhoea" she said.
She also claimed the man had often attacked her and left her with a broken tooth.
Kandie tried to access the house but Murunga and Roki got out and attacked her. The fracas attracted mob who then smashed window panes, damaged Murunga's car and threatened to burn the lovers.
Police also arrested Murunga and his lover, Roki and took them to Migori police station pending investigation"
