Antonio Conte unveils as Chelsea FC Boss, set target on winning the title

Antonio Conte insists he is willing to adapt his methods in a bid for Premier League glory. The 46-year-old faced the cameras for the first time as Chelsea boss on Thursday and claims the Blues are one of seven teams who can win the title.

Conte preferred playing a 3-5-2 formation during his time in charge of Italy but refused to confirm which tactics he will adopt at Stamford Bridge.

He said: "Usually when I arrive in a new team I search to find the right position for the players.

"I like to say that the manager is like a tailor - that you must build the best dress for the team.
"Three at the back, four at the back... It's not important. What's important is the right spirit of the team and good organisation."
The Blues finished down in 10th spot last season, but Conte has already set his sights on taking Leicester City's crown.
"I think that this league is very difficult the most difficult in the world because six or seven teams can win the title," he added.
"It’s our second day in training at Cobham. It’s fantastic to work there. In those two days I saw players with the right attitude and a great will to fight for this shirt and to fight to get back to competing to win the title very soon.
"I’m very glad to see these things and it’s very very important."
