Earlier this week there was report that Beyoncé and Jay Z were about to drop $93 million on a massive 10 bedroom, 20 bathroom, mega mansion in the exclusive Los Angeles-area neighborhood of Holmby Hills.
According to listing agent Ginger Glass at Coldwell Banker Previews International, that is NOT the case and the ultra-luxe home is still available for purchase.
“Contrary to speculation about Jay-Z and Beyonce, 301 Carolwood Drive is not in escrow and is still available for purchase.”
