One time Governor of Jigawa state, Ibrahim Saminu Turaki, was recently spotted with his pet tigers, NOT toy tigers, we mean live tigers.
Saminu who was the governor of Jigawa state from 1999 to 2007 seems to be obsessed with animalls, but aren't those too wild?
