After Hillary Clinton support for UK to remain in EU failed, the Democrat Presidential Aspirant on Friday then sought to turn her Brexit blunder into a positive for her presidential campaign.

'This time of uncertainty only underscores the need for calm, steady, experienced leadership in the White House,' she said.

Drawing on her campaign slogan - 'stronger together'  - Clinton said Britain's shocking European Union exit 'underscores the need for us to pull together to solve our challenges as a country, not tear each other down.
