This young man (photo above) allegely wanted to steal a lady’s phone but luck ran out of him as he was apprehended.
According to reports, the 22 years old had successfully stolen the phone but on his way out of the lady’s shop, he was apprehended by someone who noticed his strange movement.
He was striped and flogged thoroughly with canes. The police came in a few minutes later and took him away..
