So this is suppose to be a picture of President Buhari, VP Osinbajo and Minister of Budget doing serious scrutiny on our already overdue budget and one photographer was there flashing light in their eyes when they are doing serious business, or the photographer think we are still doing election that he can capture scene and use it to win vote? Better let Mr President work so we can have our budget ... Lol MP done vest today. But this is really serious business.
