"I took dance class from Jennifer Lopez back then" - Kerry Washington

America Actress Kerry Washington made a surprise revelation at the "The Tonight Show" starring Jimmy Fallon when she said that while growing up in the Bronx, she took a dance class taught by none other than Jennifer Lopez.

According to Kerry, she initially just went for the “candy at the end of class,” but her teacher “had an awesome substitute teacher named Jennifer, who would sometimes step in and teach but she left to move to L.A. and be on In Living Color.”

It took Jimmy a second to put two and two together…but he eventually asked “THE Jenny from the block?” Kerry and Jimmy then took turns feigning excitement over the situation in their best “valley girl” voices.
