President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Abdullahi Muhammadu as the new Commandant-General of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps.
A statement released by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, Muhammadu communicated the development.
Dr. Ade Abolurin, the former Commandant-General, has retired from service.
The new NSCDC boss was an Assistant Commandant-General of the NSCDC before his new appointment.
