Katy Perry not even thinking of starting a family now or can't even think about getting pregnant not just now as she is still learning in taking care of herself.
On Wednesday, America's OK! Magazine ran a cover story claiming that the 30-year-old singer is two months pregnant with her first child with John Mayer.
However, sources close to the Firework star have revealed that starting a family is pretty low on Katy's priority list right now.
“Katy is not pregnant,” a source told MailOnline. “She can't even think about getting pregnant right now. She is in the middle of her world tour.”
The stunning brunette is currently being kept busy with her run of Prismatic shows, which will see her take to the stage in Lyon, France, on Friday night.
Following her date in France, Katy will tour Europe, Japan, China and Thailand before the tour draws to a close on May 14.
The shows require Katy to perform some physically tough dance routines and various stunts, which the source insists she wouldn't be able to do if she was expecting.
“She is busy nonstop and the tour is very demanding,” the source added. “She could not do those shows if she was with child. It's just impossible. She has to dance and fly in the air and do all these stunts. She needs to be in top shape.”
The source also told MailOnline OK!'s claims that Katy and John will wed in April are also false.
Katy and John have been in an on-off relationship since 2012. They split in March 2013 before later rekindling their romance. They then broke up again in February 2014 but recently it has been reported that they are back together once again.
However, in a previous interview, Katy admitted that the bumps in the road of her relationship with John have only served to make her a stronger person.
“What I've learned is that if you don't have the foundation of self-love first, you really have nowhere to pull love from to give it away,” she told the October issue of Harper's Bazaar magazine.
“I had to learn about taking care of myself before I could take care of others.”
